Since 1986, Pennsylvania Culinary Institute has been a leader in culinary education,
dedicated to providing the hospitality industry with highly-trained professionals.
Students can find rewarding careers through our placement program upon graduation from our
Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Arts & Culinary Arts and School of Hotel & Restaurant Management,
as our school has grown to become an important and primary resource of many food service
and hospitality organizations for their staffing needs.
Our chef and management faculty are experienced leaders from around the
world who bring their life's work and professionalism to our students
every day. Their commitment to their students and passion for the
culinary arts has made PCI a world-class institute offering an education
that you will savor.

The admissions process begins with a personal interview with an Admissions
Representative. During this interview, the Admissions Representative will
evaluate the student's knowledge, motivation, experience and confidence
level as it pertains to the foodservice and hospitality industry.

we ask that you come to our campus for a tour. We require each candidate to
furnish proof of high school graduation or a General Educational Development

not required, that applicants have a minimum of three to five months of
food service / hospitality experience.
